St Regis KL is a high end hotel and residential development project located in the transit hub of KL Sentral. Its superb location and proximity to the National Museum MRT Station have attracted many interests by high net worth individual as well as the construction fraternity. The main construction works was awarded to Korean construction outfit Daewoo E&C. During the early phase of the construction work, CRT was selected by Daewoo to carry out repair works relating to structural elements of the construction works.

Working with international client such as Daewoo E&C has been challenging as we have to adapt to a different culture and way of communication at the job site. This journey has been fruitful for our team of supervisor and workers at the site as we have gained valuable experience in working with Korean builder.

St Regis has been one of the most successful project we have undertaken so far as we have started with Daewoo at the early stage of the construction until they have completed and delivered the project. We call this from start to finish and it is truly a remarkable milestone for us to be associated with this high profile project.
