Le Nouvel KLCC is a high end residential development project located in the KLCC area overlooking the Petronas Twin Tower. Its superb location in the CBD and proximity to Suria KLCC and Avenue K have attracted many local and foreign investors. The main construction works was awarded to Korean construction outfit Ssangyong E&C. We were selected to carry out the installation of the waterproofing work package for the 2 residential towers from the basement structure to the super structure.

The developer for this project is an international player with vast experience in property development and we are proud to be associated with them in this project. Its unique façade design has complemented the landscape of the KLCC area. This remarkable landmark has set the tone for aspiring architects in Malaysia to achieve new frontier in building architecture.

The works relating to waterproofing were completed on time and meet all our client’s quality expectation. The developer of the project was happy with the precision of the waterproofing installation especially for the swimming pool and flat roof areas. We focus on detailing out the termination and quality testing before handling over the completed works to our client thus reducing repair cost and overall downtime. This set another milestone for CRT when it comes to waterproofing work for high end residential project.
