Concrete Repair and Protection System using PU & Gel Injection
Concrete repair normally associated with the repair of porous concrete such as honeycomb, cracks and corrosion of the steel reinforcement. Porous concrete is usually repair with shrinkage compensated cement based mortar by hand patching method or by means of pressure grouting. Pressure grouting method is commonly used at project sites to repair honeycomb that goes beyond a depth of 25mm.

Crack repair usually involves injection of a rigid or flexible resin into it to seal it against the ingress of water and oxygen to prevent the reinforcement from corrosion. For cases where corrosion had occurred, the structure might require strengthening using either carbon fibre reinforced polymer (CFRP) or steel plate.
